Tasks

What youll do:

Documentary Acceptances
Shipment Data Capture
Prioritize Export Build-up and Import Breakdown
Prepare Export and Import documentation (Manifest, AWBs)
Handle irregularities (MSCA, MSAW, FDCA, damages)
Prepare NOTOC
Close out flight
Customer contact (Notify customer)
Hand over AWB and Docs to customer
Debit charges

Requirements

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

High School Diploma/GED, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree desirable
Proficiency in English and French (mandatory)
Relevant qualification according to CHM/GOM standards
Computer literacy (user level)
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Commitment to quality
Customer service orientation
Reliability
Ability to work effectively in a team
