As Head of Commercial, dnata Singapore, you will be a key integrator, connecting functions and product lines including Ground Handling and Cargo, to ensure dnatas commercial and technical expertise effectively addresses customer and business needs, whilst driving solutions across the broader value chain.
This is a full time, permanent role, based in our Singapore office.
In this role, you will:
- Negotiate complex and high-value contracts, ensuring a quality-driven approach rather than commoditisation.
- Cultivate long-term, trust-based relationships with customers, authorities, business partners and stakeholders to strengthen dnata’s local and global reputation.
- Lead customer satisfaction efforts, overseeing Net Promoter Scores and Customer Satisfaction surveys, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Mentor and develop the dnata Singapore Commercial team, fostering accountability, empowerment and high performance aligned with the company’s value proposition.
- Maintain the highest standards by ensuring policies, governance and legal frameworks are clearly communicated and consistently adhered to, safeguarding shareholder interests and brand integrity.
- Represent dnata as a brand ambassador, ensuring alignment with corporate values and strategy during public engagements and official appearances.
