WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION: ● Commercial Strategy & Growth Own and drive the end-to-end revenue and margin strategy for Santan across all business lines (inflight catering, FMCG, retail). Develop pricing models, cost optimization frameworks, and route-level profitability plans for airline catering operations. Lead P & L ownership, forecasting, budgeting, and commercial performance reporting. Identify new growth channels, partnerships, or product opportunities to unlock value. ● Data & Insights Build and lead the Data & Analytics function, including tools, dashboards, and reporting structures. Translate complex data into business insights to inform product development, spanet trends, and customer behavior. Own end-to-end visibility of sales, operational, and financial KPIs, ensuring real-time monitoring and accuracy. Establish a culture of data-driven decision making across departments. ● Cross-functional Leadership Partner with the CEO, spaneting, operations, and product teams to align on commercial goals. Present commercial and data-driven insights to senior leadership and external stakeholders, including airline partners and investors. Work closely with tech teams or vendors to enhance data infrastructure (e.g., POS integration, CRM, Power BI/Tableau analytics). WHO YOU ARE: ● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, Economics, or related field. ● Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a senior commercial or analytics role, preferably in F & B, FMCG, airline catering, or retail industries. ● Proven success managing P & L and improving commercial outcomes through data. ● Strong command of analytical tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau). ● Experience with ERP systems and airline food loading tools is a bonus
