Job Description:

Ryanair are currently recruiting for an IT Help Desk Support Agent to join Europe’s Largest Airline Group! This an excellent time to join Ryanair as we look to grow to over 800 aircraft and 300m guests within the next 10 years. As Ryanair continues to grow and innovate, delivering exceptional customer service remains a cornerstone of our success.

We are seeking a motivated IT Help Desk Support Agent to provide essential on-site IT assistance to our Customer Operations team of approximately 200 employees. Your primary responsibility will be supporting day-to-day IT operations, ensuring smooth hardware and software functionality to minimise any disruptions and maintain exceptional service delivery.

Your responsibilities as an IT Help Desk Support Agent will include:

  • Provide first-level IT support to the onsite team, troubleshooting basic hardware and software issues.
  • Assist with setting up, and configuring PCs, laptops, and other devices.
  • Document internal IT procedures clearly and maintain accurate records of all support activities.
  • Support the installation and troubleshooting of software and hardware issues, escalating more complex cases to senior IT staff.
  • Ensure timely resolution of support requests to minimise downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a helpdesk support or similar junior IT role.
  • Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team, demonstrating reliability and willingness to learn.
  • Knowledge of IT systems, software, and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-starter and resilient individual who excels in a fast-paced environment.
  • High computer literacy.
  • You must have the right to live and work in Poland.

Desirables but not essential:

Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Windows 11, Microsoft Office 365, Printing Services, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft 365, HP Office Printing.
