We are seeking a motivated IT Help Desk Support Agent to provide essential on-site IT assistance to our Customer Operations team of approximately 200 employees. Your primary responsibility will be supporting day-to-day IT operations, ensuring smooth hardware and software functionality to minimise any disruptions and maintain exceptional service delivery.
