Job Summary
The key roles of this position are supporting Helpdesk and Asset Management. This role enables the employee gain real-world experience in the work force by working with the IT department.
Job Responsibilities
- Asset Management
- Computer setup, repair, decommission and recycling
- Spare parts organization
- Helpdesk
- Computer Maintenance
- End user set up and support via phone and in person
- Support Printers
- Perform other related duties as required.
- Support related improvement projects as assigned.
- Completes Key Job Requirements and other tasks related to this position as assigned by cognizant management.

Job Qualifications
Qualification & Skills
• Understanding of lean principles of waste & flow
• Understanding of various means of engineered standards
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to communicate between departments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio preferred
Education
• Working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering
Formal Qualifications
• MUST BE U.S CITIZEN OR PERMANENT RESIDENT.
Physical:
• Must be able to work in a production environment and travel throughout the facility and corporation to obtain information needed to perform job functions.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 30lbs, using proper lifting techniques.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged sitting and computer use, and have the ability to move around a manufacturing environment.
