PDS Tech Commercial is hiring an IT Operations Technician to support multiple business divisions across the Waterloo, Indiana region. What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day)Provide in-person and remote technical support to teammates across divisions within a 20-mile radius.
Order, configure, deploy, and support IT hardware while maintaining accurate inventory records.
Assist with implementing Azure cloud solutions and supporting modern IT services and tools.
Partner with business users to understand requirements and deliver effective IT solutions.
Troubleshoot system issues, manage support requests, and maintain service quality standards.
Contribute to project work and perform additional operational duties as assigned.
Follow all safety policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure a secure work environment.
Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in an IT-related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least 1 year of IT support experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent customer service mindset with the ability to support remote users effectively.
Proven ability to prioritize multiple support requests efficiently.
Positive attitude with the ability to build strong, trustworthy relationships.
Willingness to work on an as-needed basis, including evenings or weekends.
Preferred QualificationsAZ-900 or AZ-104 certification
PowerShell scripting experience
Cloud migration experience
Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) familiarity
Experience working within an Agile environment

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
