Qualifying Questions:
Are you a U.S. person as defined under ITAR regulations? Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role? Can you commute to the job location or relocate if necessary?
Summary:
Provide end-user technical support and manage ticket queues efficiently.
Administer and maintain Windows Server 2016+ and desktop operating systems.
Support email systems including account configuration, password resets, and access troubleshooting.
Troubleshoot system and networking alerts using monitoring tools.
Perform basic virtualization administration (e.g., VM reboots, resource allocation).
Support domain services, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
Troubleshoot Windows/Mobile OS, Remote Desktop, and VPN (SSL/IPSec).
Provide support for Office 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams) via GUI and PowerShell.
Assist with patch management, vulnerability resolution, and Microsoft AutoPilot.
Support and maintain backup solutions.
Troubleshoot remote access and A/V systems.
Maintain IT documentation and adhere to evolving standards.
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
Requirements: Bachelors degree OR 4 years of equivalent IT experience.
Minimum 1 year of hands-on IT support/helpdesk/MSP experience.
Must be a U.S. Person (per Export Compliance regulations).
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and work on computers for extended periods.
Desired Skills: Certifications: Security+ (CompTIA), MS-900, AZ-900.
Previous experience in an MSP or fast-paced IT environment.
Intermediate experience with backup systems and remote tools (e.g., RDP).
Familiarity with network fundamentals and patch/vulnerability management.
