Job Description

We are seeking dedicated contractors to perform sanding and cleaning duties related to the creation of solar panel frames. This role requires candidates to work in both sitting and standing positions throughout the entire shift while ensuring high production standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform sanding of carbon fiber material to specifications.
• Apply alcohol to clean the material after sanding.
• Communicate completed work to Lead/Supervisor, detailing the process followed.
• Produce 25-30 skins per day with minimal errors.
• Receive and implement feedback from quality inspectors for rework tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Odessa, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $19.20/hr.
