Industrial Centers controller (f/m)

Job Description:

​Airbus Helicopters is looking for an Industrial Centers controller (f/m) to join our Finance Department based in Marignane, France.

Major economic hub with Marseille-Provence Airport, Marignane is a dynamic city in the southeast of France. • Define & set-up Plants performance follow-up standards, applicable to Airbus Helicopters / Airbus Helicopters Germany , aiming at measuring performance in ‘function cost’, ‘product cost’ & ‘make to stock parts’ areas and at identifying interdependencies between them. These standards will be used in the frame of the recurring Productivity Menu routine and will support the measurement to the OP adherence (Top Company Objective  2024).
• Define the main levers driving the Plants performance (activity ratio, cells performance, scrapping, bulk & transversal cost allocation, Cost of Labour, deviation standard price vs actuals for ‘make to stock parts’…) and support deep-dive to understand them in order to improve their monitoring.
• Reinforce Industrial Centers financial performance follow-up & contribute to harmonized accounting structure / performance reports.
• Contribute to the digitalisation of the Plants performance reports by ensuring that related needs are considered in further CBM ‘Prodcost’ developments / upgrades as well in SAC environment.
• ​Contribute to the definition of the specification of a new tool (to replace existing ‘Plant report’ tool) allowing the monitoring of the performance on ‘make to stock parts’.
• Contribute to the definition of the &39;TO BE&39; standard price

• Professional experience of at least 5 years, experience in controlling / in a production environment would be a plus 

• Graduated from an engineering school with a finance specialization or from a business school with a controlling specialisation 

• SAP / BI tools nice to have, google sheet advanced level

• English good level

• Autonomy,  proactivity, rigor, reliability, curiosity, customer oriented
