Industrial Electrician – Maintenance DepartmentLocation: Sealy, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Some Saturdays required)

Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial electrical systems and equipment
Troubleshoot, test, and repair electrical machinery and three-phase motors
Diagnose issues and repair systems down to the component level
Read, interpret, and revise electrical blueprints and schematics
Conduct testing using tools such as multimeters and meggers
Support equipment upgrades, installations, and modifications
Ensure compliance with:
Maintain accurate documentation of repairs and maintenance activities
Assist with inventory and spare parts management (CMMS systems)
Operate forklifts and other industrial equipment safely
Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime
QualificationsMinimum 1+ year of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment (required)
Hands-on experience working with:
Ability to read and revise blueprints and schematics
Strong basic math skills for electrical calculations
Ability to operate forklifts and industrial equipment
Solid understanding of electrical safety standards (NEC, OSHA)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Pay Details: $18.00 to $24.00 per hour
