We are looking for an Industrial assembly means specialist (F/M) for our Commercial Aircraft business to join our Avionics & Simulation department based in Toulouse, France.

The &34;Avionics & Simulation&34; department develops and manufactures electronic equipment such as flight control computers for the various Airbus programs. The Production unit is in charge of the manufacture of the electronic boards (~19000 boards / year) as well as the assembly and testing of the equipment (~9000 equipments per year delivered to the FALs).

Your challenges :

- Ensure the interconnection of the production means to the digitisation systems (alerts, SPC,...)

- Developing, fine-tuning program parameters, monitoring programs.

- Ensure the sustainability of this activity throughout the life of the process in partnership with the maintenance team and participates in the definition of the associated tools.

- Participate external benchmarking operations in order to propose innovative solutions in the field of assembly that can respond to technological developments in electronic boards

- Be an actor in investment projects for means of production.

- Be an actor in the industrialization of products manufactured in production on these processes.

- Propose areas for process improvement.

- To ensure the training of the production operators of the means.

- Update process-related documentation.

- Provide production support on processes and monitoring of means in production.

- Be an actor of process qualifications in relation with the industrialization team.

- Participate in &34;Visual Management&34; in production and transversal meetings (PPS, VM, Risk Analysis, Monitoring Plan, NADCAP, IPCA&43;, ...)

The industrial means specialist will be responsible for the assembly means of park made up of:

- Optical checking means ( Solder Paste Inspection , Automatic Optical Inspection, &34;Automatic X-Ray Inspection&34; )

- Component installation means

- Reflow and selective soldering means

- Varnishing and screen printing means

Your boarding pass :

- knowledge of electronic board assembly processes, programming languages

- Tools/Methods: PFMEA, MSA, SPC

- Autonomy for common problems related to the job description

- Ability to work in a team

- To be a force of proposal

- Rigour

- Reactivity

- An advanced level in English is needed

- A negotiation level in French is needed
