Precision Castparts Corp.’s Development Programs are Powering the Future by taking the emergent talent through a high velocity two year rotational program complete with learning experiences and opportunities to expose members to the critical aspects of PCC’s business in a multitude of manufacturing environments so they can effectively influence the future direction of the Company. This 2-year rotational program is specifically designed for recent and/or graduating seniors and is in various locations around the U.S. and starts July 2026.

Program Design
YEAR ONE
Exposure to all foundational areas including:
- Safety Awareness
- Help Desk
- Network Technician
- SOX Preparation
- ITP Compliance
- Project Management
Additionally, participants will be introduced to key domains such as:
- Development
- Infrastructure
- Industrial IoT
- Cyber Security
YEAR TWO
- In the second year, participants will take a deeper dive into one of the areas introduced in Year One. This focused rotation allows for specialization and advanced skill development in the key domain chosen for them.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Information Technology or related field with a degree concentration in networking, programming, security or database administration
- Prior co-op or internship experience in manufacturing preferred
- Club, organization or activity involvement in a leadership capacity
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must be a US Person*
- Must be willing to relocate (program roles located in various US locations only)
- The program allows members to preference regions.

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $74900 to $74900 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors. Employees will receive 80 hours of paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participant in the companys medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company’s 401(k) plan.
