Job Description:

Maintenance programmes and planning activities aim at ensuring continued airworthiness while all the time maximising fleet
availability and optimizing airlines’ maintenance resources. Scheduled maintenance requirements are developed by aircraft
manufacturers to demonstrate compliance with regulatory requirements associated with “Instructions for Continued
Airworthiness”. For this purpose several documents are developed, the primary ones being the Airworthiness Limitation
Section (ALS) and the Maintenance Review Board Report (MRBR).
The ALS is part of the certificated product type design, that contains the mandatory scheduled maintenance items and the
limitations for part replacement, necessary to maintain compliance with that type design. For each individual aircraft, an
approved aircraft maintenance programme (AMP) must be created, initially containing the ALS at the revision level applicable
at the time of the aircraft’s first certificate of airworthiness. Each subsequent change to the ALS is also approved by EASA.
There are actually three major triggers for a maintenance programme revision:

 Regulation changes
 Configuration changes (aircraft modifications)
 In-service experience feedback

The AMP, which is part of the manufacturer’s technical documentation, aims at helping operators in the preparation of their
maintenance programme and planning. It establishes the link between the requirements and the maintenance procedures
listed in the Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM).

Key Competences
 Aeronautical engineer (other engineer types could also be eligible depending on the background and
experience)
 Experience in AMP/ALS, MSG-3, LSA or maintenance engineering (experience in other ILS disciplines could also
be of interest)
 High level of English language
 Welcome problems oriented
 Proactivity
 Team spirit

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
