TasksWhen you join our team, you will:
- Coordinate and organize training programs, including initial qualification and onboarding processes
- Monitor trainee and trainer performance and analyze feedback to drive improvements
- Identify training needs and support the planning and development of training programs and annual plans
- Maintain training quality standards and track effectiveness through KPIs
- Collaborate with managers, internal teams, and external training providers
- Act as the main point of contact for all training-related matters
- Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and archive training certificates
- Participate in projects and oversee the daily execution of training activities.

RequirementsYou match our need, if you have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in training or learning & development
- Relevant technical and/or business qualification
- Knowledge of aviation and training processes is an advantage
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently and under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with SAP/SharePoint is an advantage
- Professional, customer-oriented, and solution-driven attitude
