What are we doing at ADP - Skunk Works?

This is an exciting opportunity for an Advanced Program Planner in the Advanced Development Program (ADP) Special Programs. This position will support activities as a liaison/interface between Internal/External Stakeholders and the Customer. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and accurately maintaining detailed Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) used to support various programs within the Advanced Development Portfolio. Provide technical assistance in development, deployment, and implementation of processes, training, and tools in support of the Program Planning discipline and resolving schedule conflicts.

You will be responsible for baseline change management concepts and incorporating approved changes into detail level schedules. You will prepare status reports, metrics and make presentations as required. You will use your Program Planning & Scheduling expertise.

Primary tools used:
i. Deltek Open Plan Scheduling Tool
ii. Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
iii. Kidasa Milestones Professional

Secondary tools used:
i. Microsoft Project Scheduling Tool


***Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access and must have an interim secret to start. ***

**This role may have occasional travel to suppliers or other facilities

Basic Qualifications:
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management System (EVMS)

• Proficient at developing/maintaining complex Network Schedules including integrity checks, critical path analysis, and Schedule Risk Analysis

• Knowledge of integration of supplier schedules and assessment of supplier performance

• Experience with Deltek Open Plan, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6 or other Scheduling Tool

• Bachelors Degree or above from an accredited college
Desired Skills:
• Experience in the Development, Production and Sustainment lifecycle Program phases

• Knowledge of DID 81861 - Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR)

• Experience with working within an Scaled Agile Framework

• Proposal Experience

• Experience to succinctly communicate with leadership and customers

• Demonstrated influencing and relationship management skills

• Critical thinking and complex problem-solving abilities

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
