Intern - Corporate Real Estate (Summer 2024)

Corporate Real Estate
The Corporate Real Estate team is composed of Planning and Development (formally called Design and Construction) and Airport Affairs. These two teams work together to secure lease spaces and manage all major construction and renovation projects at our hubs, stations and city locations across the world.

Job overview and responsibilities

The position entails extensive analysis and researching, benchmarking of other airline info. Ad hoc task will be assigned to be executed with the necessary instructions.

• Review public information on internet: travel blog, press release, company website
• Data analysis to identify opportunities
• Research work on assigned other airline carriers

Required

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Masters degree
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Attention to detail and highly organized
• Good organizational and planning skills
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
• Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
• Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
