• You are enrolled for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment must be enclosed with the application), ideally in a degree program with a focus on psychology, sociology, education, business administration or a similar degree program
• You have a strong interest in employee experience design, work and organizational psychology, or related fields
• You have good analytical skills
• You are a team player and enjoy pitching in
• You enjoy working independently and find it easy to structure complex tasks well
• You are communicative and speak fluent German or English
• You have an unrestricted work permit for Austria/the European Union
