GENERAL JOB SUMMARY:

The Housekeeping Associate performs a full range of cleaning and sanitation work throughout the company facilities.

Pay and Shift:

7 am - 5 pm

$18/hr

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Clean and sanitize restrooms using established practices and procedures
• Clean, dust, and wipe furniture
• Empty wastebaskets and trash containers
• Clear cardboard waste from production and other areas
• Refill restroom dispensers
• Use and maintain assigned power equipment and hand tools, buffers, vacuums, brooms, mops, and squeegees for the cleaning and general maintenance of floors, walls, carpets, furniture, etc.
• Wash walls and equipment
• Move furniture, equipment, supplies and tools on an incidental basis
• Water company interior plants
• Wash accessible interior windows and clean blinds
• Assist with running daily business errands
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving history
• Must be at assigned worksite during assigned hours 100 of time; less PTO, FML/STD/LTD

Other Job Functions

• Escort vending representatives while on campus
• Follow instructions regarding the use of chemicals and supplies
• Other duties may be assigned

Work Environment

Work in an office setting equipped with work benches, overhead lighting, and assembly tools and materials. Follow a 9/80 schedule with typical hours from 7-5. Availability on off Fridays and weekends is optional, providing flexibility in your work schedule.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of FORT WALTON BEACH, FL.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $21.00/hr.
