PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Landscape & Facilities Technician to help maintain the beautiful grounds and facilities of a leading medical device manufacturer. What Youll Do
Maintain lawns, landscaping, flowers, shrubs, and trees.
Monitor and maintain sprinkler and irrigation systems.
Operate and maintain landscaping equipment.
Conduct routine grounds inspections and patrols.
Coordinate with landscaping vendors as needed.
Support general facility maintenance activities both indoors and outdoors.
Assist the maintenance team with site upkeep and special projects.
What Were Looking For
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, facilities maintenance, or a related field.
Ability to safely operate landscaping equipment.
Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with commercial property maintenance.
Knowledge of irrigation systems and plant care.
General facilities maintenance experience.

Pay Details: $19.00 per day
