Tasks
As a legal counsel, you will advise assigned business units and companies in various subjects, for instance in the procurement area, for the product or spaneting department.
- Comprehensive legal advice to the assigned business units and companies;
- Drafting, negotiating and reviewing contracts with customers and business partners;
- Independent legal support of projects;
- Handling of requests from national and international authorities;
- Selection, instruction and supervision of external lawyers.

Requirements
- Master degree in law;
- Admittance to the Swiss bar is a plus;
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a law firm or in an in-house legal department;
- A committed, independent and precise way of working;
- A good team player and communicator, experienced in negotiations;
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills as well as a business-oriented and pragmatic approach to work;
- Very good spoken and written German and English skills; an additional languages would be an asset.
