Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Legal Counsel (f/m) to join our Legal Department based in Marignane, France.

Your challenges:Join a dynamic 7-lawyers team, to manage AH&39;s contractual matters in close connection with the business:
• Be a pragmatic and trusted partner in the management of legal risks and opportunities
• Provide proactive legal advice, focused on business and operations, regarding all contractual activities of Airbus Helicopters, both in the civil and military markets
• Draft, negotiate and provide support for any transaction in relation to Procurement, Sales, Customer Services & Support, Programmes
• Support internal clients through day-to-day awareness, training and use of digital tools
• Create or update standard legal documentation
• Manage pre-litigation in collaboration with the litigation team
• Manage payment difficulties and bankruptcy in collaboration with the relevant functions (Finance, Sales, S&S, Procurement)
- Be fluent in French and English, German or Spanish also appreciated
Your profile:
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience
Contract legal analysis and advice
Good communication skills
Ability to write legal documents
This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
