We are looking for a Capacity Management Leader to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers.
This role is ideal for a decisive, resilient, and team-oriented individual who understands how to execute Aeromexico Cargo’s pricing and capacity management strategy to maximize revenue and optimize transported volume within the 14-day booking window prior to flight departure.
Educational requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced English (C2)
Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in air cargo operations, with knowledge of interline agreements and Joint Commercial Agreements (JCAs).
- At least 2 years of experience in reservations management, capacity and inventory management, as well as sales and customer service.
Skills to succeed:
- SkyChain knowledge (desirable).
- SkyPallet knowledge (desirable).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills (Solver).
- Market and demand analysis.
