In this highly dynamic role, you will oversee the daily airworthiness coordination of our Embraer E195-E1 fleet and play a key role in ensuring a safe, compliant and efficient operation within the SAS Link CAMO team. You maintain a clear overview of the fleet’s technical status, coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and secure minimal downtime through proactive planning and structured communication.
As an Maintenance Control Leader, you will guide a dedicated, international team of nine Maintenance Control Engineers who work fully remotely from various locations. You will provide clear leadership, foster collaboration across distances, and ensure smooth team operations. In this dynamic role, you will collaborate closely with multiple functions, including Supply Chain, Operations Control Center, and Flight Ops, and work hand-in-hand with Carlos, the overall team leader.
