Job Title: HVAC Maintenance Technician
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in manufacturing plants and offices. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform initial installation and start-up of complete HVAC systems, including components, electrical controls, and ducting.
- Assist in the design, modification, installation, and preventive/predictive maintenance planning of HVAC systems.
- Participate as a member of the Emergency Response Team.
- Monitor HVAC systems and operations to ensure routine preventative maintenance is performed according to established schedules.
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems as required, including repairing or replacing valves, motors, controls, switches, gauges, wiring, fans, pumps, compressors, piping, and other functional components.
- Perform maintenance duties within other maintenance disciplines, including electrical malfunctions, and the assembly, installation, and repair of machines, pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and sewer systems.
- Conduct alterations, repairs, and maintenance of buildings, floors, roofs, stairways, partitions, doors, windows, screens, scaffolding forms, wood fixtures, and furniture.
- Report suspected and confirmed problems relating to equipment, utilities, structures, and grounds to immediate supervisor and input maintenance and repair actions into equipment logs.
Essential Skills- Advanced technical skills and knowledge of HVAC systems.
- Competence in electrical and general mechanical maintenance disciplines.
- Ability to troubleshoot HVAC systems effectively.
- Proficiency in electrical wiring and repair.
- Experience in commercial building and facility maintenance.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Minimum 2-year Associate Degree or Technical School.
- 4-7 years of experience in HVAC maintenance.
- Expertise in using safety equipment as required by Title 29 CFR 1910.
- Current and valid State and city licenses.
- Valid State of Oklahoma Driver License.
- Ability to provide and properly use basic hand tools.

Work Environment
This position requires working in excess of eight hours per day and five days per week, if needed. The role involves frequent walking, handling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling. The work environment exposes stakeholders to moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, toxic chemicals, and varying weather conditions. The noise level can range from loud to moderate. Occasional travel between facilities is required, and the ability to climb stairs is essential.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $54080.00 - $70720.00/yr.
