Job Description:

  • Represent Airbus products and services in the scope of the job (IS/IT administration and support for digital tools such as MDS, MPRS, PMAT hosted in a client-server architecture) ensuring, along with the customer their proper operation.
  • Act as a single-entry point for queries from the customer to the central back office related to these IT platforms. Support the customer to create the queries, apply the provided solutions and manage special situations, such as system downtime or failure.
  • Act as a daily link with the customer for processes such as reference data uploading, acting upon request of the customer to ensure the proper use of the system from the IS/IT perspective, including the relevant procedures.
  • Act as IT administrator, on behalf of the customer, for systems such as MDS or MPRS, and the IS/IT platform hosting them, including topics such as user account management, backup management, patch installation, version configuration, etc.
  • Help supportively and proactively the customer in HW replacement and troubleshooting for the IT platform hosting the mentioned IT systems.
  • Provide local expertise to the Air Force in order to advise the customer or provide on-the-job training from an IS/IT perspective.
  • Skills

  • Professional competency in English Language
  • Good communication skills
  • Computer Information Technology Systems degree or equivalent
  • IS/IT administrator experience for client-server tools or equivalent
  • Basic level of Russian and/or Kazakh language is optional but would be a plus to support communication with the customer
