Shift: Day shift: (5am-3:30pm) OR (6am-4:30pm)
Schedule: Monday - Thursday (Overtime available on Fridays)
Pay: $23/hr. (Raise after training period) (Up to $26/hr after 90 business days)
OverviewThe MRO Technician supports daily maintenance, repair, and operations activities to ensure equipment reliability, facility readiness, and uninterrupted production. This role combines hands‑on technical work with strong organizational skills to maintain inventory, troubleshoot equipment issues, and uphold safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on production equipment, tools, and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and equipment history.
- Monitor and manage MRO inventory, including spare parts, consumables, and critical components.
- Coordinate with vendors for parts procurement, equipment servicing, and technical support.
- Assist in implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, operational procedures, and quality standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment performance and facility operations.
- Respond to maintenance requests promptly and provide clear communication to supervisors and production teams.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sarasota, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
