Your responsibility
You will own the end-to-end UX Research cycle and design system for product
Hands-on experience in methodologies and best practices in design research, especially on Digital products/system
Conduct research to derive actionable insights through Usability Testing with Eye-Tracking collaboratively work with UX Researcher and Designer, Project manager, and Research Ops
You are able to work with a design system environment for suggesting design through tools such as Adobe XD/Figma
Requirements
Master Student in UX, Human-Computer or similar areas
minimum of 2 years of working experience for digital systems as UX Designer or Product Designer
Expertise in research, storytelling, and user experience design, have an experienced approach to prototyping, facilitating Design Thinking workshops, design tools and methods (prototyping, Figma, Adobe, eye-tracking, usability testing).
You already have experience in agile organizational structures during product development.
Your have high communication skills, a continuing process of education and the motivation to share and transfer your knowledge to the team.
