We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Power BI/SSAS Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing complex data models and visualizations using Power BI, SSAS, and other related technologies.
We will entrust you toCreate and maintain tabular SSAS models
Develop and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into the data warehouse
Develop and maintain documentation of data models, ETL processes, and reporting solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data, reports, and dashboards
Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in the business intelligence and analytics field
What you will need to succeedExperience developing data models, reports, and visualizations using SSAS (SQL Server Analysis Services) and PBIRS (Microsoft Power BI On-premises Report Server)
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server; creating and maintaining jobs in SQL Server Agent
Strong understanding of data warehousing and ETL paradigms
Expertise in SQL; experience with DAX would be an advantage
Experience with SQL dialects, preferably PostgreSQL and Vertica
Experience with code versioning tools and CI/CD concepts
Experience with other BI and reporting tools such as Pentaho (preferred)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
