Job Description

We are recruiting for an enthusiastic Network/Desktop Support Technician that possesses exceptional communication and customer service skills. You will work with Cascade’s Information Systems helpdesk, perform computer software builds, rollouts, software updates and network admin functions.

 

You will be required to follow Cascade’s values in providing the highest quality of work, treat customers and coworkers with respect. As part of the IT team, you will be challenged to enhance your existing skills and develop new kills through continuous learning, as well as, being exposed to the Aerospace Industry.

 

This position requires immediate Controlled Goods clearance, therefore, only Canadian Residents or Permanent Residents will be considered at this time

Major Responsibilities & Duties
  • Strive to consistently act in a manner in which reflects Cascade Aerospace’s culture and values
  • Provide support to internal customers through Cascade Aerospace’s information helpdesk
  • Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve helpdesk requests
  • Assist with the acquisition and rollout of computer equipment and software
  • Develop, document and maintain computer configuration standards
  • Assist with implementation and maintenance of network and security activities
  • Oversee Cascade Aerospace Systems helpdesk by receiving and responding to incoming calls and emails regarding network/desktop issues.
  • Be familiar with and ensure that all workplace conduct is in accordance with Cascade Aerospace’s Human Resources safety and security policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as required

  • Diploma in Information Technology or Network Specialist
Experience
  • 1-2 years desktop/network support experience in a corporate environment
