We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated OT (Operational Technology) Cybersecurity Trainer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both cybersecurity and operational technology, along with a passion for educating and training individuals on best practices to secure critical infrastructure and industrial systems. As an OT Cybersecurity Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in equipping professionals with the knowledge and skills necessary to defend against cyber threats targeting industrial environments.

Travel: Up to 20 (domestic and international)

Key Responsibilities:
     • Training Curriculum Development:
          o Develop comprehensive training materials, courses, and workshops focused on OT cybersecurity principles, strategies, and practical applications.
          o Create engaging training content, including presentations, hands-on exercises, case studies, and simulations.
     • Delivery of Training:
          o Deliver impactful training sessions to diverse audiences, ranging from entry-level employees to senior management, adapting content as needed.
          o Utilize effective instructional techniques, ensuring content comprehension and skill acquisition.
     • Technical Expertise:
          o Stay current with the evolving landscape of OT cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and countermeasures.
          o Maintain an in-depth understanding of industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition), and related technologies.
     • Hands-On Demonstrations:
          o Conduct hands-on demonstrations of various cybersecurity systems including attacks and defenses in simulated environments to illustrate concepts and enhance practical understanding.
     • Customization and Tailoring:
          o Customize training programs to address specific organizational requirements, compliance standards, and industry regulations.
     • Assessment and Evaluation:
          o Develop assessment tools to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, collecting feedback, and making improvements based on results.
     • Collaboration:
          o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including cybersecurity experts, subject matter experts, and training professionals, to ensure holistic training approaches.
     • Continuous Learning:
          o Continuously enhance personal knowledge and skills in both cybersecurity and OT to maintain expertise and deliver up-to-date training.
     • Client Engagement:
          o Engage with clients to understand their unique needs and challenges, tailoring training solutions to address their specific concerns.

YOU MUST HAVE
     • 5+ years of experience working with ICS (Industrial Control Systems)

WE VALUE
     • ICS Trainings delivery and development experience
     • Certifications in GICSP / IEC 62443 / OSCP / GPEN / CEH
     • Proven experience in operational technology, industrial control systems, SCADA, and related technologies.
     • Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering effective technical training programs.
     • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
     • Proficiency in creating training materials using various tools and platforms.
     • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards (e.g., NIST, IEC 62443, ISO 27001) related to OT cybersecurity.
     • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
     • Knowledge of OT cybersecurity systems and technologies
     • Experience in cybersecurity training delivery and Hands-on demonstration of cybersecurity.
     • Excellent communication and presentation skills. 
     • Experience in Client engagements
     • Experience in conducting cybersecurity assessments and risk analyses in industrial environments is a plus.
     • Flexibility to travel for on-site training sessions as required.
     • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Similar professional certifications.
