Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an Organization Development Practitioner to join our team based in Mobile, AL.

The Organization Development Practitioner delivers activities that contribute to the Culture Evolution Agenda of the Mobile Manufacturing Site (MMS) including leadership development and change readiness for various global, regional, and site specific initiatives.

Nearby on ‘Airbus Way’ you will find the Airbus U.S. Manufacturing Facility for
commercial aircraft. Opened at the Mobile Aeroplex at Brookley in 2015, the facility produces A320 Family aircraft and added a second product line for the A220 in 2019. Your challenges:

● Undertake projects / activities that will develop Leaders on Site for Business
Deliverables
● Educate the Managers / HRBPs on Airbus Values, Leadership Model, tools and resources available to develop themselves and their teams
● Help managers to become effective team leaders through expectation setting and crucial conversations
● Assist in various HR related projects and initiatives as a team member or project team lead

Your boarding pass:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or related field OR commensurate prior
experience in Organizational Development or Change Management functions
● Minimum 3 to 5 years of related experience required in the following areas:
○ Organizational development and/or human resources environment
○ Demonstrated experience in managing and influencing
○Demonstrated experience in designing and facilitating workshop
● Demonstrated experience working in a manufacturing environment

Licensure/Certifications:
Preferred:
● Change Management certification
● Understanding of psychometric assessments and ability to debrief reports
● Wide experience in Behavioral training / facilitation
