Facilities Maintenance Technician – 1st ShiftWe’re hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician to help keep our manufacturing facility safe, functional, and running smoothly. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in maintaining building systems and responding quickly to facility needs.
Shift: 1st Shift 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems (HVAC, electrical, lighting, plumbing, doors, floors, and general repairs)
Respond to facility maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues
Conduct routine inspections to identify safety hazards and needed repairs
Assist with facility improvements, equipment moves, and installations
Maintain maintenance records and follow all safety procedures
QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required; trade or technical training preferred
2+ years of facilities or building maintenance experience
Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
