PRODUCTION TEAM LEADER M/F

Job Description:

Manage day to day activities of production associates and quality inspectors
• Ensure production planning adherence with targeted performances for efficiency, productivity, material
overconsumption
• Monitor the production line performance and report to production supervisor regularly
• Ensure that team members follow defined manufacturing procedures and comply with quality requirements
• Manage the team skills matrix compliance
• Manage tools and Material availability in production line
• Support all improvement initiatives
• Ensure final goods compliance with applicable quality and customer requirements
• Manage HSE & 5S inititatives in production line
• Perform all Health, Safety & Environment(HSE) related duties as per his / her job requirements and follow
HSE norms as applicable.
• Adhere and respect all HSE procedures/policies/ practices
• Be aware on latest updates on HSE and implement/ follow
• Follow ergo exercises as trained by the medical practitioner/ ergonomics training
• Contribute continuous improvement ideas to HSE program and risk assessments
• Engage and actively support the HSE initiatives and encourage others to involve
• Ensure all the team members are trained, aware and strictly adhere to all HSE procedures/policies/ practices
• Implement/support and respect all HSE initiatives including HSE standards, GPIs, Risk assessments, audit
actions, training/awareness sessions conducted by authorized personnel and other related HSE topics
• Initiate analysis of accidents/incidents or potential risk situation and implement appropriate actions to mitigate
and avoid recurrence
• Serve as custodian for safe work practices, Perform HSE prevention plan for onsite service providers

Job Requirements:

Professional Skills
• Fluent in English & Telugu
• Significant knowledge and past experience in production team management
• Basic knowledges on Lean Manufacturing
• Basic software skills & Good knowledge on MS Excel,MS Power Point
• Good communication behavior
