Assure passenger and passenger baggage registration in accordance with airBaltic manuals and company procedures

Inspect and verify passenger travel documentation

Represent airBaltic brand and customer service standards through all handling processes

Assist passenger with self service machines

Calculate (if necessary) and collect ancillary payments at the check-in and gate in accordance with airBaltic ancillary product list

Assure flight boarding process in accordance with airBaltic manuals and company procedures

Communicate effectively with all relevant airBaltic functions and external suppliers to ensure a safe working environment and achieve an on time departure

Operate airBaltic registration system and other airport equipment such as aero bridge, gate readers, public announcement system, monitors and printers

Fluency in Latvian and English languages

Excellent communication skills

Good time and task management. Ability to react quickly and efficiently in any given situation

Flexible to work on various shifts (day, evening, nights, weekends and holidays)

Passionate about customer care and service delivery
