Icelandairis seeking to hire Passenger Service Agents for the spring 2026. These are temporary positions with the possibility of a permanent contract.

We place great emphasis on strong customer service and good communication skills to guarantee our passengers a welcoming and positive experience.

Qualifications:

• High-school diploma preferred
• Experience and interest in the service industry are important
• Excellent English, and a third language is a plus
• Good computer skills
• Drivers licence
• Applicants must be at least 19 years old

Job details:

• Passenger check-in
• Boarding and de-boarding of aircraft along with other services
• Providing general service and information to passengers
• Other duties as requested
• The work is shift-based

Applicants chosen for the role will have to complete a job training seminar.
