A. Accountabilities

Under the leadership of the Country Security in China, the team scope is combined with the Physical and Digital. In terms of the security one-roof operation, (including the HK site), the physical team is responsible for several sites in China by implementing the company standard guard service, system integration as well as security event support. With reporting the head of Physical security, China, the employee in this position is able to

- solve problems autonomously,

- no supervision required

- can deal with unforeseen issues,

- lead the international MFT projects team

-Providing security standards and services, as well as security emergency responses to one-roof management in China

-AirShow, travel security and security awareness support

-Support to Crisis Director

C. Main activities

Strategic activities

● Ensures that Airbus China Operational site, transnational tools are properly maintained, safe guarded, available and managed, including against cyber risks, notably the physical access control systems and also CCTV.

● Ensures the implementation and running of appropriate operation security solutions and associated processes, data quality and governance.

● Define and maintain related technical operation security standards.

● Defines and implements a common strategy of products and projects within national and site constraints and coordinates multiplicity of points of contacts and decisions.

● Contributes to inform the relevant Airbus organisations about the state of art technologies linked with our security solutions, including through market research, RFIs, benchmarks and proofs of concepts.

Client related activities

● Responsible for all solutions change control boards and IM Operations Boards for the domain (with business and IM)

● Responsible for maintaining and challenging the relations with system suppliers and equipment suppliers, also including frame contracts and RFx.

Operational activities

● Keeps the operations security network informed about the state of the art technologies linked to their activities

● Managing China Access Control System and backup of Video surveillance management

● HW and SW maintenance including Inventory (spare parts)

● System and process improvement

● Travel security management in China

● Badge office management in China

● Data management for China

● Working with the stakeholder to submit the Security ERM report on time

Developmental activities

● Develops and maintains links with security colleagues across the Company to exchange on best practices, portfolio of solutions and possible synergies.

D. Outputs

Client related Outputs

● Data integrity and quality across physical access control systems and interfaces, including associated identity management in line with internal, national and international constraints and regulations

Operational Outputs

● Maintained systems and processes.

● Delivery of quarterly dashboard (project and budget) and its associated KPIs Developmental Outputs

● Up keep of a rolling 5 year systems strategy in coordination with business, IM and suppliers

E. Input

Qualifications

• Education: IT or engineering degree

• Experience: IT background

• Basic Skill: Fluent English skill, good office skills and project management

• Certifications: Bachelor degree

Ability

• Soft Skills: good communication skill and sense of accountability

• Technical Skills: IT background priority, project management
