A new Temporary Position has arisen within the Divisional Planning and Performance team (TFDP) in Getafe, Spain. The job holder will be member of the Divisional Planning and Performance team (TFDP).

Airbus Defence and Space planning and Performance Analysis defines and seeks to improve Business Performance by transparently reporting to the Management on actual Performance and benchmarking to ensure corrective measures are early defined and actioned where necessary. For that we closely work together with programmes and functions and foster exchange and aligment between Management Units whilst constantly challenging the Status Quo of processes and deliverables seeking to streamline and getting more efficient.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

The main tasks and responsibilities will be to SUPPORT the Team in the following activities: 

- Planning and Forecasting:

- Follow  relevant KPIs in Close collaboration with operational Units

- Support the  Business Partners to Military Air Systems&39; financial and operational Management.

- Prepare comprehensive top Management presentations for divisional and program line&39;s Management.

- Provide comprehensive risks and opportunities map in alignment with ERM process and reporting.

- Identify and Support implementation of endorsed improvement and Efficiency increasing measures.

- Closing and Reporting

- Support in Developing deep understanding for operational business drivers, challenge operational performance, ensure proximity to operational Business and Business functions.

- Support reporting on Transformation and improvement initiatives (Momentum).

- Support in Driving direct and indirect FCF analysis to support Treasury and MiA and divisional cash Management.

- Working closely with central and functional planning and Performance Analysis Team.

- Ensure regular and open communication on the divisional process and calendar and ensure smooth implementation of organisational and / or processual changes.

SKILLS

Requirements:

- Degree in Finance, Business Management or equivalent
- Highly Valuable if you have a short period of experience in activities which have allowed you to acquire some skills and knowledge of: Finance, Project Management…
- Ability to persuade, influence, collaborate and convince.
- Able to anticipate, assess and mitigate risks.
- Excellent skills in relationship building, team building, collaborate across functions,
empowering, motivating others and conflict management.

- High level of Microsoft Office Tools: especially  Excel.
- Negotiation level of English / sometimes German / Spanish.
