Our marketing communications, market research and brand teams drive travelers’ familiarity and engagement with the United brand. And when customers choose United again and again, that’s because the loyalty team has been hard at work crafting an award-winning program. Our loyalty team manages United MileagePlus®, building travel and lifestyle partnerships that customers can engage with every day, and works with our Star Alliance partners to ensure United can take you anywhere you want to go.

Key Responsibilities:

The Principal Co-Brand Acquisitions supports acquisitions efforts for Direct Mail, Email, United.com, United Mobile, and our banking partners owned channels including their site, programmatic, affiliates, and search. They will partner with the leadership team and bank partner on offer and targeting strategies for the United family of cards. This includes collaborating cross-functionally to develop offer and strategies for each channel, customer segment, and card product. They will track results and extrapolate insights from existing strategies and tests to make recommendations for the future.

  • Lead digital marketing strategies and partner with cross functional teams to implement team goals and objectives
  • Partner with Chase and United teams to improve Chase.com, paid search, programmatic, and affiliate marketing
  • Analyze product and offer tests and results in conjunction with collaborators
  • Prioritize and launch digital projects alongside internal teams
  • Provides reporting to understand how investments in products and offers are performing and recommendations to leadership for enhancements

This is a hybrid role based in Chicago, which requires working 50 of the time in-person at Willis Tower.

QualificationsWhat’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
  • Bachelors degree or 4 years of relevant work experience
  • 3+ years experience in similar job functions
  • 3+ years experience in a supervisory role or leading project teams
  • Ability to work with deadlines and lead complex matrixed projects
  • Knowledge of loyalty and/or marketing related job functions and requirements
  • Actively communicate results and recommendations to leadership
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Masters degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or Accounting
  • 5+ years experience in similar job functions
  • 5+ years in a supervisory role or leading project team
