The Demand Generation Rep role is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive Honeywell specification and adoption for our complete fire solution portfolio. This individual needs to be a true hunter capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with key influencers and stakeholders at Architect & Engineers (A&Es), Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) and executive levels of a major end users. Liaising with engineering, general contracting and other project
influencers to understand the project scope and help educate to ensure all applicable Honeywell products are included in the specification meeting and exceeding the customers requirements.

Main responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders by educating and acting as a consultant to increase consideration, position specification, and adoption of Honeywell technology and solutions.
  • Develop C-level relationships within 10+ key end users that see you as the "trusted partner" for all life safety solutions.
  • Actively participate in local, regional, and national trade associations to further educate stakeholders on these technologies.
  • Sponsor / present educational sessions as a subject matter expert (SME).
  • Participation in NFPA, FM, UL, SFPE, and other Industry Boards/Committees
  • Project Support/ RSM & ESD Support/ FAE Engagement project planning and design recommendations
  • Set high standards for daily work ethics and an individual performer, team player and partner with the Enterprise Regional Sales Managers and Field Application Engineering team members.
  • Be a partner to other Honeywell businesses that share and can support joint efforts within key Vertical Market end users shared across Honeywell.
  • Support the SIOP process to validate forecasted demand, product mix and delivery requirements are communicated and understood by Honeywell
  • Minimum of 50 Travel

Compensation & Benefits:

Incentive Eligible
Salary Range: $128,000 - $170,000

You Must Have

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the life/safety industry
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with Datacenters
  • Proven results of delivering over plan
  • Experience in standard productivity software suites (Google, Microsoft Office, etc.).

  • Bachelors degree or significant work experience equivalent
  • Experience with vertical markets C-level clients
  • Subject matter expert in technology
