Within TUI Group, this role is responsible for delivering IT capabilities that support digital product teams, using APIs, cloud platforms, and Agile and DevOps methodologies. The team includes experts in Architecture, Engineering, DevOps, and Agile Delivery, supporting various European spanets. We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to join our Enablers Technology team, providing solutions, consultancy, and guidance for cloud platforms. The focus is on delivering cost-effective, reliable, secure solutions and operational excellence.
This is an opportunity to join an innovative team driving the development and operation of TUI’s global cloud-based platform. The Product Owner will work with IT teams to define stories, manage backlogs, and prioritise features for new digital capabilities, translating business needs into technical deliverables. Working in ‘pods’, they will provide leadership, support, and best practices, helping develop reusable solutions. Ideal candidates have experience delivering digital solutions on AWS, Agile methodology, and strong communication skills. They will engage stakeholders, manage backlogs, and drive innovation within their teams.

ABOUT THE JOB
- Define and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with business goals.
- Gather and translate customer and stakeholder needs into actionable product features.
- Develop, manage, and prioritise the product roadmap and backlog for maximum value.
- Collaborate with analysts and teams to ensure clarity on features, dependencies, and priorities.
- Plan, validate, and refine user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria before release.
- Monitor, analyse, and drive improvement of key product KPIs and performance metrics.
- Use data and feedback to continuously optimise the product and roadmap.
- Engage stakeholders regularly to share progress, gather input, and align on product direction.
