Role Summary
* In this role, you will perform repair, modification, and assembly of aerospace mechanical components. You will assist with troubleshooting, disassembly, testing, and fabrication of system components, supporting the correction of failures and implementation of changes. You will work under supervision and ensure all tasks are completed in accordance with specifications and safety standards. Education & Job Requirements
* Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
* Must have prior experience in aerospace, mechanical, or related technical fields.
* Must have the ability to lift 35 lbs and remain standing for extended periods of time.
* Must have proficiency in reading and writing English to complete training and certifications, including torque, safety practices, mixing, and sealant.
* Must have the ability to relocate if out of state. Preferred Skills
* You will have experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems troubleshooting.
* You will have familiarity with basic aerospace vehicle handling (e.g., jacking, towing, system operations).
* You will have prior exposure to assembly or modification of AH-64 mechanical components. Job Duties / Functions
* You will be assisting with the disassembly of system components to support the correction of failures or implement changes.
* You will be performing basic troubleshooting of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems to isolate mechanical or electrical faults.
* You will be performing validation and verification testing of systems and components.
* You will be fabricating and modifying aerospace products according to specifications.
* You will be assisting with tasks related to the safe handling of aerospace vehicles.
* You will be repairing, modifying, and assembling mechanical components on aerospace vehicles.
* You will be following all work instructions and complying with safety regulations and quality standards.
* You will be completing training requirements, both on-the-job and in a formal classroom, to maintain proficiency.
* You will be performing other duties as assigned by management.
