Boeing Defense, Space, and Security seeks two (2) Product Security Analysts to join a cyber team in Southern California.
The program sustains an existing system by providing logistics, information assurance (IA), and systems security engineering support. In addition, we develop new systems, applications, and products for the program.

Position Responsibilities:
Process and analyze computing and cybersecurity requirements
Manage and secure DoD information systems ensuring compliance with National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) 800-53 and Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs)
Develop Plans of Action and Milestones (POAMs) to address meeting cybersecurity requirements
Develop and maintain system Risk Management Framework that ensure Authority To Operate (ATO) is granted and/or maintained
Participate in a multidisciplinary range of technical systems and application support activities.
Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of multiplatform systems hardware, software, and components
Troubleshoot secure network architectures
Assist as needed in system administration and network administration
Document, implement, and maintain computer applications
Assist with release planning, including developing fix plans for software, hardware, and patches across the system
Assist with evaluation of architecture to ensure compatibility with computing system
Assist in evaluating systems against architectural objectives
Restore routine computing service operations for operational and test systems and networks
Possess the ability to perform and assess security audits from scans such as Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) and Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP)
Perform backup and recovery ensuring 100 data integrity and availability
Support problem determination and resolution on information systems
Identify IA vulnerabilities and ensure compliance for information systems
Security Clearance Requirement
- This position requires a U.S. Security Clearance, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
- A minimum active/current U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required. A U.S. Top Secret Clearance will be a plus. To meet security standards and protocols, all work is performed onsite.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Level 3 - Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g., Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., Master+4 years related work experience, 10 years related work experience, etc.).
Possess an active CompTIA Security+, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and/or other cybersecurity certifications.
Ability to performing cybersecurity functions and supporting computer applications in an operational (mission critical) mode.
Ability to perform systems administration and/or network administration tasks to include installation and configuration of servers.
Have experience with DoD Endpoint Security Suite (ESS)

- Level 3: $119,000 - $161,000
