PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Associate/Worker to support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This hands-on role is essential to ensuring product quality, operational efficiency, and timely delivery.

Your Role and Impact
As a Production Associate/Worker, you’ll perform a variety of tasks to facilitate smooth production processes. From operating equipment and assembling units to inspecting finished goods and maintaining workspaces, your contributions will directly support the success of the production team.

What You’ll Be Doing

Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure consistent output.
Replenish materials and supplies as needed to maintain workflow.
Use hand tools and power tools to assemble units according to product specifications.
Perform general warehouse duties including picking, packing, and inventory support.
Inspect sub-assemblies and finished goods for quality and compliance.
Maintain equipment and clean production areas to meet safety and operational standards.

What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Familiarity with basic hand and power tools.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
Basic mechanical aptitude or assembly experience.
Team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic.

Pay Rate: $ 15.12

Pay Details: $15.12 per hour
