How youll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) Delta’s Tech Ops division is seeking a Production Control Auditor to be responsible for accountability and completeness of GSE work documents. The Auditor will work closely with work center personnel to ensure that the operation runs smoothly, safely, and in compliance with Delta’s standards. Summary of responsibilities (not comprehensive of all tasks): Conducts quality audits for work documents, documents findings and reports to GSE leadership to ensure corrections of any discrepancies and to ensure quality. Performs production control activities such as processing GSE paperwork, reviewing and auditing GSE paperwork (including electronic format) for accuracy and compliance, production information, updating computer systems, and invoicing. Works with the GSE personnel to ensure all work packages are assembled in a timely manner to support the GSE Operation. The Auditor will works with Work Center Operations to analyze current processes to improve procedures. Practices safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) Should have a high school diploma or equivalent. Must have a valid driver’s license. Must be able to pass an extensive drug test. Must be authorized to work in the US. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Must have basic typing skills. Should have strong communication and analytical skills. Should be a team player with the ability to work with a high level of accuracy within time constraints and under minimum supervision. Should have an overall understanding of company policies and procedures. Should have the ability to exercise sound judgment, adaptability and flexibility in a constantly changing environment. (If transferring internally) Must be performing satisfactorily in present position.
What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications) Previous Operations experience is preferred. Operating knowledge of computer programs used at Delta, such as Ebis and Microsoft Office products is desired.
