We are seeking a dedicated OHP/GHS Bonder Production Technician to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. The focus of this role is on surface preparation, adhesive bonding, and the assembly of structural components, including skins and support structures. The successful candidate will perform tasks such as cleaning, taping, priming, and applying epoxy adhesives, positioning components, and supporting curing processes using ovens and vacuum equipment. Attention to detail, adherence to standardized procedures, and comfort working in a repetitive manufacturing environment are essential.
Responsibilities
- Prepare skins and components through cleaning, edge preparation, taping, and primer application.
- Apply epoxy adhesives according to work instructions within required time constraints.
- Position and bond structural components.
- Operate curing equipment such as ovens and vacuum systems to support bonding processes.
- Perform repetitive bonding and finishing tasks, including edge cleaning and material handling.
- Follow safety, quality, and procedural requirements when handling adhesives and materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and support production timelines.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
