Description
The client is looking for an Production/Manufacturing Technician. Looking for a hands-on technician for electro-mechanical assembly, focused on production for their drones.
This role demands specialized hands-on skills in PCBA assembly, electronic potting, and strict manufacturing standards.
-Perform complex electro-mechanical assembly tasks independently, working from schematics, drawings, verbal or written instructions.
-assembly and testing of avionics components (PCB assemblies, cable harnesses, integrated modules) and apply precision adhesives and bonding techniques.
-Provide real-time design and assembly feedback to Manufacturing and Quality teams, escalating and resolving build issues through proper channels.
- Follow detailed Manufacturing Process Instructions and strict safety procedures when building assemblies.
- Meet aggressive deadlines and flexibly shift priorities across multiple projects.
- Record and update data
Core Skills
-Mechanical PCBA assembly, Assembly experience using hand/power tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, torque drivers, drills, calipers/measurement tools, etc.)
-Ability to read basic SOP’s and non-technical instructions and follow directions
- Soldering (nice to have)
-Torque-controlled fastening
-Cable and harness routing
-Electronic potting processes
-Experience with bonding composites (carbon fiber, epoxies): Mixing, dispensing, and curing.
- Following Manufacturing protocols
- Basic computer skills ex. MacOS or Microsoft
- Fabrication or assembly experience with sheet metal and/or tube assemblies
- Forklift or rigging experience moving object that weight 400+lb

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $33.00 - $33.00/hr.
