We’re seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production Workers to support the manufacturing of natural gas distribution products. In this role, you’ll operate equipment, assemble components, and ensure products meet strict quality and safety standards.
This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates with manufacturing experience and strong attention to detail.
What You’ll Do Production & Assembly- Assemble, test, and package products using various equipment and machinery
- Perform machine setups, minor adjustments, and basic maintenance
- Follow work instructions, manuals, and supervisor guidance
- Verify materials, tools, and gauges before and during production
Quality & Inspection- Perform measurements and visual inspections to ensure product quality
- Use tools such as:
- Tape measure
- Digital calipers
- Inspection gauges
- Apply quality standards and documentation requirements
Packaging & Material Handling- Package and label finished or semi-finished goods
- Move and stage materials from raw goods to finished products
- Use equipment such as hand trucks, carts, or electric mules
Data & Communication- Report production, quality, and safety data (manual and electronic)
- Communicate process issues or concerns to team leads or supervisors
Safety & Housekeeping- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Follow all safety policies and environmental standards
- Report safety concerns or incidents immediately
- Perform routine operator tasks such as cleaning and lubrication
What You’ll Need- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year of manufacturing experience
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions in English
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction for recordkeeping)
- Ability to use measurement tools and interpret manufacturing documentation
- Basic computer skills for reporting and system use
Key Skills- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Ability to interpret:
- Drawings
- Bills of materials
- Work orders and routing sheets
- Knowledge of raw materials and manufacturing processes
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Physical Requirements- Stand for the majority of the shift (except breaks)
- Lift/carry up to 35 lbs, push/pull up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stoop, kneel, and reach overhead as needed
- Perform repetitive hand assembly of small components

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
