This exciting position is with our historic Skunk Works program. Skunk Works is an integral part of Lockheeds Aeronautics business area responsible for advanced systems development including conceptual design and rapid prototyping of clean sheet solutions and improvements and derivatives to existing systems. Selected applicant will oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

Additionally the selected candidate will be responsible for duties including, but not limited to, organizing/planning/leading Continuous Improvement initiatives and projects; promoting safety and well-being of employees, Corrective and Preventative Action (CAPA) Program administration, authoring and annual review/revising of command media, and additional ancillary duties as assigned.

Must be willing to work all shifts. Travel, overtime, odd shifts, and weekend work may be required.

This position will require a Top Secret security clearance.

The successful candidate will implement and support Lockheed Martin initiatives, programs and policies as directed. Comply with site security and access control procedures in accordance with the assigned ADP program and customer procedures.

The successful candidate must have worked in an environment which required them to interact with multiple functional areas and personnel of a diverse nature.

Additional duties and related responsibilities will be assigned as required.

Successful candidate must be willing to travel to remote site locations for extended periods of time.

**Must be a US Citizen. This position is located
at a facility that requires special access.**

A level 4 employee Typically has 8 - 10 years of professional experience

Basic Qualifications:
- Experience with and application of quality management principles
- Proven knowledge of Health and Safety Program Management
- Familiarity with DCMAI 8210.1
- Strong understanding of Aerocodes or similar Command Media systems
- Experience with Root Cause/Corrective Action activities
Desired Skills:
- Experience authoring and reviewing contracts, Basis of Estimate (BOEs), policies/procedures/work instructions, or similar type/level documents
- EVMS experience managing projects to cost and schedule goals
- Advanced RCCA training
- 6S Green or Black Belt
- CoA Facilitator experience
- Demonstrated ability to engage groups of individuals in collaborative efforts
- Working knowledge in LM Aero program, logistics, supply, technical data, and training process and procedures.
- Thorough understanding of ALMS.
- SAP Experience.
- Knowledge and understanding of procedures pertaining to aircraft maintenance, logistics and modification processes is desired.
- Familiarity with ISO 140001 and or AS9100
- Understanding of Culture of Accountability (COA) tools and methods
- Experience with OSHA/AFOSH Standards and requirements

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
