Raytheon is seeking a Program Integrator. You will be responsible for the integration, coordination & control, and direct engagement with the program team and functional partners, in pursuit of day-to-day program execution; advocating Program Management (PM) plans, processes, and business objectives; and the implementation of IOC best practices.

This position will be ONSITE, in ANDOVER, MA.

No relocation will be be provided.

What You Will Do

• Support the team in meeting program financial goals and customer requirements and expectations

• Manage program execution, ongoing review of program metrics, and development and execution of corrective action plans to mitigate impact of internal and external issues

• Manage program risks and opportunities

• Build solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders

• Have accountability for performance of the assigned contracts and tasks

• Travel to domestic sites as needed

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience

• Experience with Earned Value Management

• Risk & Opportunity experience

• Experience with program Estimate at Completions (EACs)

• Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience with cost reduction initiatives

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily tasks to satisfy the needs of the customer and the value stream

• Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, communication, writing and presentation skills.

• Ability to interact effectively with customers and internal/external team members to include cross functional organizations

• Logistics and material management, basic understanding of product sell off (DD250)

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
