Description:Will need experience working on large Special Access Programs platforms. Must have experience with Classified Programs involving Foreign Nationals (FN). Must have experience with contractual issues relating to administration of SAPs. Must have experience with large scale subcontract security management, Process Development (Standard Operating Procedures/Facility Operating Procedures).
Serve as a liaison between government security customer(s) and Program management
Under the direction of the 5GI Security Manager of F-35 Special Access Programs, will analyze, organize, plan and control the functional security responsibilities of one or more Special Programs.
Must have an excellent working knowledge of the DoD Directive 5205.07 Manual related tasks.
Thorough knowledge of DoD Special Access Required (SAR) regulations, to include International Requirements, policies and procedures, specific program procedures and company policies and procedures.
Applicant selected must possess a Secret clearance and meet eligibility requirements for access to special programs.
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located in a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications:
• MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position will be in a facility that requires special access
• Current Secret clearance
• Good working knowledge of the DoD Directive 5205.07
• Experience in Personnel Security, DD254 Administration, Physical Security and/or Security Education & Training
• Self-driven and results-oriented, capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently and across an ambiguous and uncertain landscape
• Minimum 2 years industrial security
Desired Skills:
• Bachelors Degree
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive can-do attitude
• Highly organized with advanced oral and written communication skills, as well as working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• A background in physical security for classified areas, knowledgeable of ICD 705 and a working knowledge of alarms and access control systems
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
